## ORDERING & PAYMENT

### 💳 What payment methods do you accept?  
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

### 🔐 Is my payment secure?  
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted via SSL and processed through PCI-compliant gateways. We never store card details.

### 🎟️ Can I use more than one discount code?  
Only one promo code can be applied per order. Enter it at checkout and click Apply.

### ⏪ Can I modify or cancel my order?  
If your order hasn’t been processed yet (within 1-3 business days), email us ASAP at ZlippZ@gmail.com with your order number. After processing, we’re unable to change or cancel.

### 🌍 Where do you ship?  
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

### ⏱️ How long is processing?  
Processing takes 1-3 business days. You’ll get a shipping-confirmation email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

### 🚚 How long is delivery?

### 💰 How much is shipping?  
Real-time rates are calculated at checkout based on weight & destination. Free-shipping promos run throughout the year—subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!

### 🔎 How do I track my package?  
Your shipping email will include a tracking link. It may take 24–48 h for scans to appear.

### 🏠 I entered the wrong address—help!  
Email us immediately with the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. After dispatch, we can’t reroute parcels.

### 📦 My package is late / lost; what now?  
If tracking hasn’t updated in 20 business days, email ZlippZ@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll open a claim or send a replacement.

### 💼 Will I pay customs or import taxes?  
Orders to the US and UK rarely incur duties; if they do, the buyer is responsible for any import fees.

### 📏 How do I choose the right slipper size?  
Our slippers run true to US/UK women’s sizing. For half sizes, we suggest sizing up. See the Size Guide below:

### 🧼 How do I care for my slippers & bags?  
- Slippers: Spot-clean with mild soap and air-dry.  
- Canvas bags: Hand-wash cold; lay flat to dry.  
Avoid bleach and high heat to keep colors vibrant.

### 🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping?  
Not at this time, but every order arrives in cute, protective packaging—perfect for gifting!

### 🔄 An item is out of stock. When will it restock?  
Popular styles restock every 4-6 weeks. Follow us on Instagram @ZlippZ or join our email list for restock alerts.

### ⏳ Do you take pre-orders?  
Occasionally for limited editions. Pre-order items show an estimated ship date on the product page.

## RETURNS & EXCHANGES

### 🔄 What’s your return policy?  
• Return unworn items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.  
• Email ZlippZ@gmail.com to start a return—include your order #.  
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the items.

### 🚚 Who pays return shipping?  
Customers pay return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

### 🔁 Can I exchange for a different size?  
Yes—request an exchange in your return email. If the size you need is in stock, we’ll ship it once we receive your original pair.
